    Provision of key figures on the punctual deliveries of repaired devices.

  • Repair Lifecycle
    Logistical tracking of all RMAs as they pass through the repair process.

  • Repair Return Rate
    Tracking of the return rate over a period of twelve months. „NTF“ (No Trouble Found) and Damage. Includes the damage rate and a comparison of the return rate and »failure rate« based on the units covered by the contract.

    Percentage of units resent within 30 days of previous repair.
